Like a house, a Web site needs maintenance in a continual basis. Luckily, every site that we create can be developed on a content management system (CMS), making it easy for anyone to update their site on their own. For those with no time, inclination or staff to update their own site regularly, a monthly maintenance plan can come in handy.

With any of our monthly plans, you’ll have the piece of mind that your site will be continually updated quickly and accurately. We’ll take care of the details so you can focus on what’s most important – running your business. Here is what we offer.

Periodic Web site maintenance without a monthly plan may be purchased by the hour at the rate of $85/hr (prepaid), and billed in 15 minute increments. Email, fax, and phone tech-support are available during EST business hours.  Unused time rolls over from month-to-month until the prepaid amount is completely used.

  • Update content by adding, deleting or changing copy.

  • Create new pages (when layout remains the same).
  • Add, delete, change links.
  • Set up & post new products for purchase.
  • Edit calendar.

  • Add, delete, change meta tags as needed.
  • Full Backup copy of your website.
  • Monthly, detailed invoicing.
  • Communication by e-mail, each week.
  • Friendly, personal service.
  • Fast turnaround.


The following Web design activities are not covered under maintenance:

  • Graphic editing/creation
  • Creation of new pages (when look feel is different from main design)
  • Site makeover/redesign
  • Flash design/redesign
  • Database creation/implementation
